Yes my blog has gone crazy today, in case you are wondering why it looks like it does..don't ask. YOU HAVE NO IDEA. I promise I am working fast and furious behind the scenes to "make this right" and assure you this was not part of the plan, its been C R A Z Y! Just happy the post is back up and my contest is working so please pardon the disarray of my blog and be assured it will soon be a pretty place again!
Hi there, thank you so much for your participation from round one (around a whopping 1200 votes)!!! Are you ready for even more beautiful kitchens? Think you can handle it? Here we go with round two......the beauty just continues. I got in such a wonderful assortment, from a tiny but super charming kitchen in a 500 foot cottage, to someones brand new dream kitchen that they waited 10 years to build to a wonderful 100 year old kitchen area of a family's Maine cottage to a beautiful kitchen in France....what fun to see them all! From cozy and small to grand and elegant, there is something for everyone!
Many here are magazine worthy, a testament to the taste level of my readers, I had an absolute blast getting to peek into all of your homes....so thank you! Just gorgeous, a favorite from this batch will be crowned and then we will have a final showdown of the two top picks (one from each round). Ready to take it all in?
Remember- everyone was allowed to submit two pictures, some submitted
almost the identical picture which is fine so dont' think you are
seeing double. Some of my readers have also had published kitchens so if
one or two look familiar you might know why:) A few had their homes
professionally photographed, that is fine too as long as it's their
kitchen. Do not panic if you do do not see your kitchen here, the other
post has the rest (they were added in the order they were submitted).
Just want to set the record straight.....enjoy all the beauty!
Now its the hard part! Time to vote for your three top faves.......

OK so know the drill....you can vote for up to three kitchens. This poll will remain open until Thurs. monring at 6am, when I will announce the two finalists, and hold a "showdown" on Thursday, a winner will be crowned on Friday! Thank you for stopping in and participating in all the fun......
I have cast my vote, and I am SWOONING! Tina, you put on the best bashes, ever. There are too many favorites, but the minute I saw my two votes, I knew it was for me. Thanks for staging this; I love house tour! Now stay warm, OK? Off I go into the tundra for school! Anita
ReplyDeleteTina I cannot believe how many beautiful entrants there are! I had a tough time trying to narrow it down to three, but finally did. I am getting some good ideas here for a renovation we hope to start this fall. You have such talented readers.
ReplyDeleteThanks Tina, this is so fun.

I really wanted to enter but we are having our lighting put in this weekend so it wasn't quite ready, maybe you can make this an annual contest! I hope you do more, its so much fun and way better than a magazine to be able to see so many kitchens in one place. How about bathrooms? We are renovating 4 at the same time and need all the ideas I can find, your blog has been a tremendous resource. Thank you. I love many here but 12, 13 and 25 are my favorites.
ReplyDeleteWow, Tina! Your readers have the best KITCHENS on the web! I am loving all of them!
ReplyDeleteCongratulations to the owners of these beautiful kitchens. They're all winners!
Have a Blessed Day, Tina!

Thank you Tina for the mention of my tiny kitchen in my very tiny 500 square foot lake cottage. It was fun participating in your contest. Such fabulous kitchens! All the best to you and your talented readers.

oooh, that was so hard! I had six that i absolutely adored, and winnowing it down, well, I DID, but i loved the others too!
ReplyDeleteMy favorites tend to have lots of windows and upper glass cabinets.
These 'love' posts are so much fun, Tina! Thank you for taking all the time to put them together:)
Having a wide angle lens camera helps too so you can see LOTS of the wonderful kitchen. I never can figure out the setting that makes everything light and bright, but that helps too:)
Happy Tuesday to all!
Made my picks! If someone wanted to make any one of these mine, I wouldn't say no! Please could someone give me one of these?
ReplyDeleteIt's fun to see where the votes are going! So many beautiful kitchens Tina.. it's difficult to decide! Enjoy your day:)
ReplyDeleteWow, yesterday I picked the same ones as almost everyone else, but today mine were definitely less voted for! They are all so stunning though and it has brightened my very difficult week to be able to see these two days in a row. What a great idea!
ReplyDeleteStacy
Wow! I cannot get over how beautiful all of these kitchens are! It was very, very hard to vote! I really enjoyed looking at all of them. Thank you so much for all of your fun contests! I always look forward to voting!!
ReplyDeleteOh my goodness... how could I ever choose just 3 Tina! I have such a love of white kitchens. We have had one for 18 years and I have never regretted it! These kitchens are masterpieces! Good picks!
ReplyDeleteI see people like white kitchens! I love number one and the one with the blue and yellow tiles is adorable!

ReplyDeleteI'm so sorry about your blog challenges - but I know that soon things will be better than ever. Crossing my fingers that you get your "remodeling" finished up soon.
XOXO
Fantastic second round! Can't wait to see who the winner is.
