Happy Valentine's Day! Great idea to focus on red today. While I do love red, it is "the small infusions of color" that appeal to me. Have a wonderful day. Feel better!
ReplyDeleteLove stinks! No not really but this year it does in my life...thanks for the burst of red, my favorite color. I can do without the sappy prose and little hearts for a while.
ReplyDeleteAnd happy valentines day to you too Tina! Lovely post of red rooms, though I don't think it would work in my home i have an apprecation for many of the beautiful rooms featured above especially the first, quite pretty. Glad you are on the mend, the flu stinks. Love coming here always such a treat for the eyes....now off to work. Enjoy your day.
ReplyDeleteHappy Valentine's Day! I love red, but don't have a red room. I love all of these!!!! Might need to work some red in to my decor!!

Tina,
ReplyDeleteHappy Valentine's Day! So glad you're feeling better. I enjoy small touches of red accents and my husband leans towards larger sections of red. I enjoy great design and the effects color has on people, their mood, their space. Great display of red rooms here.

ReplyDeleteAll wonderful picks Tina!! Wishing you a lovely Valentine's Day and hope you'll be back in the saddle (so to speak) in the next day or two!
ReplyDeleteThanks for all the amazing red inspiration!!
ReplyDeleteHappy Valentine's Day Tina! Glad to hear you're feeling a little better :) And it's nice to know we're halfway through February, and the end of winter is in sight as well! I used to not be a big fan of red, but have recently changed my tune. I still prefer it as an accent color, but just last week ordered two red runners in a Greek key pattern from Ballard - obsessed with them! Have a great day! xo Kelly
ReplyDeleteThese could almost make a red fan out of yours truly, several of them are more than appealing! So happy to know your health continues to improve, please take gentle care of yourself.

I used to have a red room, it was beautiful but it was very hard to live in, not a relaxing color. Beautiful post and Happy Valentine's Day to you too Tina!

ReplyDeleteOur living room is KINDA red: it is actually 2 shades, one a rsuty color and the opther is a reddish brown. I LOOOOVE that room. It has cathedral celings so is never dark or dreary. It is my favorite room in my house now! XO, and Happy V's day to you too, Pinky
ReplyDeleteGreat photos. I've never been a fan of red until recently. I just started adding red accents into my blue kitchen and I love it.
ReplyDeleteI've always used red in small doses (accents, accessories, etc.) & think every room needs at least a small dose. I absolutely love all these rooms, but not sure I could pull off red as the main color without help from the pros. Thanks for sharing. Glad your feeling better.
