Now onto this weeks Which would you choose. Which dessert would you want someone to bring you if you had agreed they were bringing dessert to your little backyard bash? Which do you think you would like to see arrive (of course praying all the while that not everyone will indulge which would mean some seriously good midnight leftovers to snack on)!
They are all so fabulous and patriotic looking, I think it might by my patriotic duty to try a bit of each! Which do you think?

CHOICE 1 Something so healthy never looked so good or patriotic! But this is too boring for me.

CHOICE 2 A star studded trifle!

CHOICE 3 Red white and blue cake pops...brilliant!

CHOICE 4 July 4th ices

CHOICE 5 A red white and blue layer cake....bring on the milk!

CHOICE 6 Creative and great looking fruit kebobs

CHOICE 7 An American pie......yum yum!

CHOICE 8 Jello and cream layered  jello treat......red white and blue never looked so tasty~!

CHOICE 9 A seven layer fruit and ice cream concoction.....its my patriotic duty to indulge!

CHOICE 10   Strawberries never looked so yummy!

CHOICE 11 This has my name all over it.....yum!

CHIOCE 12 Its your patriotic duty to indulge in ice cream on July 4th!

CHOICE 13 Hola! Berry crumb bars....bring them on!
CHOICE 14 Cool as ice...love the red white and blue pops!

CHOICE 15 "Come to mama" cheesecakes......yum!

CHOICE 16 Fruit topped brownie.....now that's brilliant, you can indulge while feeling its got a healthy edge!

Boy I am hungry!! Do you have a patriotic favorite here? I am seriously craving something sweet this very minute. Wishing you a wonderful, happy and safe holiday!! Thanks for stopping in and speak to you in a few days!

  21. ok probably the least dietic, but what the heck, its July 4th, 5,7,9 and 16 (yea I know all the fattening ones) I don't indulge in dessert unless its really really worth the calories and if it is then I hita 6am spin class the next day to burn it off, but i do not believe in deprivation. These all look fantastic, and I got a few ideas since I am in charge of bringing a dessert to my sisters house!

Enjoy yourself, don't even think about blogging or the interwebs, kick back and ignore the iPad, have loads of fun.

  42. I think #7 the Blueberry and cherry pie looks fantastic and just so iconically American. I bet it would also taste supurb. Drooling right now. Maybe I could make one in honour of USA tomorrow even though I am an Aussie living in Australia! Thought #1 looked beautiful and would be a refreshing, cooling desert given that I was in Utah on the 28th June and was baking in 100 degree heat!

    ReplyDelete
  43. They all look fantastic!!! I think choice 5--a big surprise when you cut into it and see the colors!! Have a great 4th!!!!

  44. NUMBER 14 for me! It is HUMID here and light sweetened ice is enough for me. HI TINA! HAPPY FOURTH! Anita

  45. Tina ... this was an easy one for me! Hands down -- #7 -- that scrumptious pie!

    ReplyDelete
  46. Sorry when it comes to sweets, cannot pick just one. But I would want 13, 6 and 1. Something really decadent, something healthy and something really cool and icy. Think that about covers its;-) I love desserts and could easily skip the meal and move right onto dessert so this post really has my name all over it. In fact making a big watermelon boat and 4th of July mini cupcakes for a party we are invited to tomorrow, doubt any will look as great as these, lots of good ideas here for next year!
Have a fun fourth of July.

    ReplyDelete
  47. This is probably not the best thing for me to be looking at so early, all too tempting. But I really love 7 and 5, both look SO good.

    ReplyDelete
  48. Will absolutely go for the truffles...As for july 4th, I don't know what got into me but I agreed to be part with my friend of the famous New Canaan antique July 4th show... I will be sweltering instead of working on my tan by the pool :(

    Enjoy the beach! Francine

And I know that the hard work that BOTH OF YOU have put into making your home a castle has been a labor of love for each other. You are a queen my dear and your kindness tells me so.

Have a great fourth and I suspect that you are getting the same humid and hot weather we are having here in Minneapolis!

    BE WELL, Anita

  58. Hi pretty lady. I will be thinking of you enjoying some quality time at the beach! In Sweden we make something called "kladdkaka" and it is a thin chocolate brownie pie/cake and we serve it with berries and whipped creme - very much like your last choice. That is what I would be bringing!

    Love to you.

Have a happy 4th of july and have fun at the beach. Don`t spend too much time on the ipad thought, go put your little toesies in the water for me!
