  2. Going to go visit you right now, I don't know if it was just my computer but I was having a heck of a problem trying to leave a comment on your blog and a few others. It finally worked.

  5. Your post was fantastic! How generous of you to open up your gorgeous closet and show it to us!! I loved your tips and helpful hints, and agree about leaving a closet how you like to come back to it. So true. And your fedora comment made me laugh. Reminds me of when I "tried" to wear a hip hugger kind of belt and my girls looked at me like I was an alien, funny how kids do that to us,isn't it! Your closet is so beautiful and I appreciate you sharing it with us. Thank you!

Second, I got my beautiful monogrammed dinner napkins and cocktails napksin from you yesterday and they are even more beautiful in person! I love them and cannot wait to put them to good use, now I want to plan a party:-)

  7. Oooh how I hold onto my size 4 & 6's, I ocassionally visit them and let them know they are not forgotten, just on a long vacation from my body. If and when I ever get there again, I will do a post with pics of me in each and every single one! I will be singing from the mountain tops with joy.
Great guest post Tina, I envy your space.
Got my Seda France candle yesterday--yummy!
    My best.

  9. Just took your closet tour, Tina, and loved it! And I'm just like you, lots and lots of things in smaller sizes from the summer that I got married just hanging in my closet, but I refuse to get rid of. Black Chanel dress, I know it's a crime against fashion to leave you hanging out there... but one of these days perhaps you will fit again!
    Happy Wednesday! XO

  10. Hi Tina! I loove your closet! I was just on my way to meet with my contractor and I needed some inspiration so I before I walked out of the house thought to check your post, glad that I did. Loved the fedora comment, last year I tried on a dress and my 10 year old son's comment was "are you trying to dress like a kid"...did not get the dress...

  16. That post was fantastic Tina. Talk about a closet worth being jealous over! I love all your suggestions about keeping it orderly and agree that velvet hangers are the absolute best. I just redid all our closets with them and what a difference. Next project is getting some wood drawer dividers, I am on a roll and after reading your post I am really feeling motivated.

  18. Loved the closet post! I could relate to so much, your love of cashmere and handbags, (we have some of the same bags) and I think we all have things that are way too small that we just don't want to say bye to:-) But seeing your beautiful closet is always a major treat for me since I love fashion, handbags and all things beautiful!
BTW got my beautiful silver tray and bread board today! I LOVE THEM. I am so excited, both great products and both things I will reorder for gifts. Thank you Tina.

  22. Loved the closet post. Laughed at thes summer/fedora comment, my girls constantly offer their running commentary on my outfits and whether or not it passes their criteria, ts getting harder as they get older! Your closet is so specatcular, love the glass doors, it keeps everything so neat that even if you aren't super neat (like me) it still looks orderly. Hum, will have to consider that for when we redo our house next year!
