Designer Spotlight: Joy Tribout

Good morning my dear readers!! I have missed you these last five days. So missed being in blogland and have a lot of catching up to do!  Hope your week has gone well......while I didn't get to take my planned southern road trip (time did not allow for it but rest assured it WILL happen),  I did get to go to DC, Richmond and ended up back in Charlottesville for a short trip with my sister. Had a blast.....so much to see and love. I will post more about it this weekend, once I have had a chance to catch my breath and get organized!

In the meantime, this was in my draft box and thought it would be a great time to post it and share this beautiful collection of rooms. Joy Tribout's work is just incredible. I have posted various rooms by this designer but realized I never did a Designer spotlight on her and boy does she deserve it!  This is one busy and super talented designer. I love her broad range, her amazing finesse at mixing patterns and color and her obvious attention to details, all exquisite. Joy, you are a super talented designer and it is a true joy to present your beautiful body of work today!

    Hi Tina, I really missed getting your posts in my mailbox! I was having "enchanted withdrawals". Am happy you are back. This is a new name to me but what beautiful rooms! I love her style because every single room feels so livable. I am pinning a bunch. Hope you are well rested, we used to live in DC and loved our time there.

    So happy you are back and sorry your trip wasn't all you planned - sometimes it happens that way. Maybe you can make it to Beaufort next round! I love Joy Tribout's designs - soothing and beautiful. The white bedroom with the touch of lavender in the pillows is a favorite!

    What a great blog! I loved the animal print chair you posted on Pinterest and clicked over. I agree that Joy's design work is wonderful. Very fresh and inviting. I will look forward to reading more and enjoying the featured designers. As a Realtor, I understand the importance of great presentation of your space. Great for resale.

    I've always loved the "Atlas" lights, as I call them and Roman numerals. Love the blue wallpaper with the lizards. Everything I could hop into and feel very much at home. So glad you have a nice time away. Always helps to recharge the batteries. :)

    how fun to learn of a "new" designer. i have however seen some of these images on pinterest that i adored.
    powerhouse is right, joy is an extremely talented designer and i enjoyed viewing her originality. and did you notice her pillows through out?

    OH WOW!!! Her work is amazing! But I've got to say that my favorite among all these would be the room with the grand piano and on the background you can see that huge window installation. Thank you so much for sharing this! I will surely be watching out for Joy Tribout's work.
