Hi everyone......things are moving along, just super busy as you can imagine trying to settle in and get somewhat organized, feel like we are just scratching the surface. Tomorrow next round of personal belongings arrive, so it will mean another frantic round of unpacking, organizing, sorting,etc.....but I hope to do a small updates post in the next few days, I promise! Here is a post I worked on in advance and I still have a few more amazing guest posts coming your way....
Hi there! I found the Palm Design group by accident looking through a design magazine in our hotel, The Phoenician (which I highly recommend by the way) while in Scottsdale a few years ago. I was immediately taken and smitten over their knack for creating beautiful rooms that combine American sensibility with the trace of a European feel. Their spaces are light and airy, inviting, classic and above all else supremely elegant.
I was intrigued and suddenly started to see more of their work published which is very understandable. After looking at their portfolio, I realized their entire body of work is quite spectacular. Based in Arizona, this firm has officially won me over. What I love about their rooms, is that they feel like they could have been there for years (my favorite kind of space) and are really timelessly elegant. The interiors are simple and very classic, not fussy, overdone or too formal. I love the vibe that that seem to create time and time again. Clearly this is a very talented group over there. Take a look and see what you think about their look. Enjoy......

How gorgeous are these rooms? Do you have a favorite? What do you think about this particular design style? Would love to know which and what you think about the cool soft palette they tend to use. To me, its a winning combination all the way. I especially love all those washed woods mixed in with the rich blues. And those outdoor spaces, so glamorous and beautiful! Wishing everyone a wonderful day!
Hi Tina, thanks for introducting me to this group. This style is my favorite, not super formal, beautiful tonal colors and very elegant. That grey/cream bedroom is to die for as is that last kitchen and all those patio spaces are incredible.
ReplyDeleteHope the unpacking is going smoothly!
Oh, I had not seen their work before and it is lovely! I even spied the chandelier I just ordered for our kitchen table in one of them. My favorite here is probably the family room/dining area combo that you have shown from both angles. I love the neutral palate and the pop those fabulous blue chairs gives. Good luck on the moving....we move back in at the end of Feb and I am trying not to think about the work of putting everything back together! I miss your house updates :)
ReplyDeleteGorgeous. I'm drooling over the dark wood floors. How I would love those!! xo
ReplyDeleteTina the last bedroom is my favorite!! A portfolio of

I see a common theme in all the photos you posted..... uncluttered with character. That would be a great blog name "Uncluttered Character". Probably already is one. Either way I think that's the look I am seeking. Less to dust but full of wow. Maybe I'll get there by the time I'm 90!

I love the image with the two chairs by the fireplace. Love the painting too. So many beautiful rooms here, Tina.
ReplyDeleteGlad to learn that everything is coming along. I know that you are thrilled to be there. Look forward to your post.

What a beautiful tour, Tina. I have never heard of this group but these pictures sure make me think of Florida! Hope things are progressing nicely for you- xo Diana
ReplyDeleteI do love their work. These rooms are serene, beautiful and elegant. I do wonder if at some point they might look dated though as they have no "layering" or collecting over time look to them. They are all very cohesive.
ReplyDeleteWhat do you think the room that is 4th from the bottom is? Dining? Meeting? Looks like a TV in there but no sofas.
Great post and hope your move is going along swimmingly:)
What an amazing portfolio of work! Thanks for sharing them with us, just beautiful! xo Kirsty
ReplyDeleteGorgeous pictures! I love that last bedroom--the white with the blue is so relaxing!
ReplyDeleteLove the Phoenician! Stayed there years ago on a fun couples trip, when we lived in Charlotte.
ReplyDeleteAnd, this design group is a MAJOR find. Love all of their designs - both inside and out!
xoxo Elizabeth

All these looks are so timeless and I would have never guessed that was Phoenix design. I lived there for sixteen years and never saw this look. Just beautiful all the way around. I hope you're feeling better Tina, don't push yourself to hard.

You have amazing taste! I truly can't pick just one of these rooms. But I do love the outside spaces so much, maybe because I'm stuck inside a lot during the grey winter days.
