Hope you have had a great week. I don't know about you.....but for me this was one of the busiest weeks I have had in a long long time. I am just now coming up for air and thankfully have a pretty relaxing weekend ahead me, could not have kept up this frantic pace much longer. Between a number of commitments, packing up lots of orders, bag mania around here:) and life.....its been one crazy busy week that I am so happy is winding down.

I was really hoping to have time to work on an "end of the musings" post but it was not in the cards so  hope to get that done over the weekend and share what's new and exciting! In the meantime, bought my very first sweater of the season and pair of boots (riding boots to be specific) which got me thinking.........

One of the things I love about fall is the fashion. Give me a great pair of riding boots and I am a happy girl. I had fun looking into all the ways they can be worn and thought it would make a fun post. So......here's the deal (and lets make this really fun and just assume all these super svelte bodies are included here) which look would you choose? I look forward to seeing who takes top prize.     I have to say this is not at all easy..right off the bat #1 has my name all over it but then so does 7 but I also loving 6, 8 and 11. And then 12 is so perfect for weekend football games :) So needless to say there is not a bad one in the bunch. Your turn!!

    I could pretty much live in #2 and #11...I really wear too much black but it is what I look best in! Maybe I could add one of your new bags in orange and an Hermes scarf for some color!

    #11 is fun! Love the boots. I really like #2, 4 and 5. Just purchased a bunch of comfy, beautiful sweaters for fall. I love fall clothes!

    Such a hard choice but my vote goes to number 2. I love all the unique details...the chain around the top of the boot, the fitted and flared coat with the cape sleeves, the pop of burgundy and the gorgeous bag, of course.

    I have a cape very similar to #2 and it is definitely a "go to" for me with black leggings and turtleneck - though my boots usually have a heel - love feeling taller! Hope you have a wonderful weekend!

    I seem to be in the minority here! Hands down # 5 is my pick. Love the swing jacket, bag with studs, grey pants--my favorite fall color--and of course the fab boots.

    Net-a-porter is a dangerous place for me to browse!;) I'd say #12,#6, #7 .. and there are a few others but I'm trying to narrow it down. I live in my leather jacket, sweaters, and boots in the winter..love them! Enjoy your Friday Tina:)

    Really, really tough this time, Tina. But I like #6 - I prefer skirts and dresses year-round and love how this is simple, elegant and timeless, but still super-chic. But I also have to say that I would love to switch out the bag for the one in #8 to add a pop of color.

    We'd be happy wearing any and all of these looks but Choice 3 really speaks to us - perhaps it's because motorcycle jackets are hot right now! Hope your weekend is as relaxing as it can be.

    Hello! I adore riding boot for most of my fall outings here in Hot Texas! Ugh? Oh well, as they say, We must suffer to be beautiful." They are great for sweating it out at all of the three SEC football games I go to as all three of my girls chose "party"schools!
    I am in LA this week walking the football fields at the Pacific Design Center having a blast and enjoying the weather.

    I ran across #4 yesterday shopping! I love a little heel and the platform is so comfortable.
    I had a similar pair last year but moved and they are most likely enjoying a home in a box somewhere in storage:)

    I choose #4. Born and raised in Texas and have spent the last 25yrs in New Mexico, at 60yrs old I still love my jeans and can dress them up with the right boots and blazer...it's all in the way you wear it!
