Good morning! Today I am tickled pink to present yet another wonderful "A perfect summer day" post! Say hello to a very stylish and fabulous friend, Elizabeth from Pretty Pink Tulips. Someone so many of us know and love, and someone who always seems to have a beautiful approach to all she does. So its no surprise that her idea of a perfect summer day has me dreaming in a big way!
Pretty Pink Tulips is such a pretty and fresh take on Elizabeth's graceful style, where she dishes about everything from her own home to fabulous parties, all kinds of chic resources thrown in with a little bit of travel and it goes on. I am always interested in hearing what she has to say. If you don't know of Pretty Pink Tulips....you must visit! Click here to say hi to Elizabeth. Enough of me lets get started with this perfect summer day, Elizabeth take it away.........

Hi everyone! I've had so much fun imagining my perfect summer day for Tina's series. To me, there's just nothing that beats the ocean, so that's where you'll find me!
Good morning Tina!
ReplyDeleteI love these interviews to meet new people and learn what passions abound in us all! I am hanging on to summer as long as I can!
Hoping your summer's end is as enchanting as ever!! Anita
This girl has the right idea! I love her dress, her room and bathroom! We were in Las Ventanas about 6months ago and it was possibly my favorite vacation that we have ever taken. What a perfect summer day she designed.
ReplyDeleteAlso loved your guest post from yesterday, I chose 1 and 4, but they were all so beautiful.
Looks prefect!I am in on that vacation !

ReplyDeleteOh to be lying poolside at Las Vantanas. Beautiful day!!

ReplyDeleteYou know... I can't say this summer was all fun, actually, we didn't have that much fun at all. We had great moments, but it didn't feel very relaxing.
Your idea of summer is the real deal! I'd get in a plane any day! :-)

I had a wonderful lunch at Las Ventanas - the food, the view and the people were all beautiful! Great choices Elizabeth! :)
ReplyDeleteYes! I too had an amazing lunch at Las Ventanas! What a place! Save up, if you plan to wake up there, though. But I'm sure it would be a most memorable visit because they don't miss anything! In my book, if you're going to Mexico, this is the way to go! I had better go start a paper route!
ReplyDeleteSounds and looks amazing! I could stand to have a little of that R&R right now. Just thought I'd pop over to see what's happening over here & to say hi before I resume my busy day! I hope you enjoy these last few days of summer.

ReplyDeleteElizabeth, I think I'd love to stow away on your perfect summer day - it looks absolutely dreamy. I've never been to Las Ventanas, but think it would be my kind of place!
ReplyDeleteHappy Tuesday to you both, XOXO
We were at Las Ventanas and seeing these pictures makes me want to go back in a big way. My brother actually got married there, is is truly paradise.
ReplyDeleteI love her ideas for the perfect summer day and think she got it done perfectly. I cannot think of a thing I would change here. Heaven!
OH BOY...this is heaven!
ReplyDeleteThat place looks like its right out of heaven! Love the dress, the healthy eating and mostly all the relaxing down time, now THAT'S what I call a vacation!
ReplyDeleteYour perfect day looks a lot like my perfect day! Seriously, why is summer coming to an end? I didn't even have time to squeeze in a vacation. Time really does fly! Thanks for sharing!

ReplyDeleteGreat post, Tina and Elizabeth! You are two of my favorite bloggers so it's amazing when you get together! I love Las Ventanas - it's where I got engaged!! ReplyDeleteSOOOO dreamy. I can feel the ocean breeze.
ReplyDeleteHey, a blogger's conference is just the answer to the end of a perfect summer day in my opinion! What fun we could all have! I can see it now! And I don't mean a virtual conference…we need to go somewhere! It would be wonderful! Elizabeth certainly hit the nail on the head with HER perfect summer day! and yes, I"ve already looked up the resort and plan on telling Jim about it when he returns from Atlanta! I need to get away NOW!!!! Thanks for sharing these lovely ideas!!!
ReplyDeleteTina, Elizabeth is such a gracious lady and it was fun to follow along with her on her summer day. Love all of her choices, except maybe the exercising part, lol. Maybe if I did exercise I could look more like Elizabeth, now that would be a dream come true in any season!! xo Kathysue
ReplyDeleteI love you both!! This looks like such a great day and I love learning about my favorite blogger friends!
