And last.......
Some of you were intrigued yesterday,  when I mentioned my candy sushi that I make for my sons schools fall fair. Well, it was a big success despite gloomy weather, we sold out and I thought I would share with you what it looks like!
It starts with plenty of candy.....

Then a bunch of helping hands and a few hours later...we are presented with amazing candy sushi made from fruit roll ups, all kinds of gummy candies and Swedish fish and rice krispy treats. We drizzle them with "soy sauce" aka chocolate sauce and then we package them into real sushi containers and the end result is just adorable....

And a huge hit with the kids (and many adults too)

Yes, this was a bit of a hodge podge, a little of this and a little of that! Wishing you a wonderful and relaxing Sunday!

  6. I love the candy sushi idea, especially as I do not eat anything that comes out of water, so conventional sushi is not for me.

  8. I am knee deep in cupcakes and neighbor kids at the moment. They love the sushi idea! It looks like we will be doing that in a few weeks, after the apple picking and pie and tart making! The reason I chose this home is because the kitchen could fit lots of little helpers!
I went to the Safavieh page. I would like on of each! Wouldn't it be fun to meet the people who design this beautiful furniture?
