Moving along..... I am so excited to be introducing you to the second of a wonderful line of new sponsors on my blog. I was thrilled when the "Rolls Royce" of kids and babies room, AFK contracted me...appears we are fans of each other. I am sure at some point you have seen their dreamy ads, yes those ads that can make you temporarily desperately want another baby just to create one of those dreamy rooms OR wishing you yourself were a baby yourself again and getting to be a lucky little bambino to call a room like that their very own.
If you are looking to create a true fairytale of a room for your own little junior.......then look no further than AFK. So beautifully elegant, they are the gold standard for sure! I was delighted to welcome them as one of my first sponsors and hope you will welcome them with me. They have outfitted rooms for not only regular folk like us but oodles of celebrities and countless Royals.
32 years and still going strong, AFK is truly a one of a kind shopping experience when nothing but the best will do for your little prince or princess. Gail started her business when she had her first child and got inspired by making a beautiful personalized painted alphabet sign. Soon, it caught the eye of local businesses and before long they were being sold everywhere. She saw a market and soon expanded her own business and the rest as they say is history. I am uber impressed with her operation and her taste level is bar none.
A little intro first then a look at some incredible spaces that they have created for the luckiest little people on the planet! It is a pleasure to be sponsored by such a beautiful line. Thank you and welcome AFK!
Their beautiful Beverly Hills store......
And a little about Gail and how she began.....
Now take a look at these exquisite rooms.....

They have a tremendous selection of art for these dreamy rooms as well as artists on staff to create the mural of your dreams......even everyday fairytales and sports motifs are stepped up a notch in with their beautiful take on them!
Love this charming mouse in a hole.....
And when needing a vanity for juniors bath, no worries they have that covered too....

Wow Tina, breathtaking doesn't begin to describe it. Thank you for telling me about this amazing company. I need to tell my sister (in Scottsdale expecting her first child in July). She is going to flip over this! I wish I was getting to design a kids room again, I miss those days now we are up to our eyeballs in shades of pinks for 13 year olds "room do over". Such a beautiful array of rooms. Enjoy your snow.
ReplyDeleteWhat beautiful nurseries and I am always so drawn to their cribs. The room with the twin cribs could not possibly be any sweeter. Just adorable!! Hope you're having a great start to your week!!
ReplyDeleteGosh(: Iam expecting a boy soon and you have done a number on tempting me(: if it wasn't for already having a lovely Italian crib and bedding ... I would be shopping now. But all the toy chests and accessories may be still on the list. Very beautiful! Ciao z
ReplyDeleteWow, I was not familiar with AFK, what beautiful nursery furnishings and decor! Like you, we did not see last night's game results coming, that was a surprise. A big one!
ReplyDeleteHave a splendid week Tina!

Honestly, these are some of the most beautiful rooms - EVER! Wonderful, Wonderful!! franki
ReplyDeleteTina I am freaking out over how beautiful these are. Fit for royalty is not an understatement. My kids are well past this stage but my brother and his wife just announced that they are expecting in September and they live in Pasadena. I am not sure if she knows about this company but i am sending her this post now. So many beautiful and elegant choices.
ReplyDeleteSo so beautiful. Some of the prettiest rooms I have ever seen (and not just kids rooms) but ROOMS!
ReplyDeleteThis is amazing!! love the mural! especially the little charming mouse in the hole! enjoy your snow day. I really enjoy peeking came over from StoneGable. AMAZING.
ReplyDeleteGod Bless
Tina, I'm in love with many of the chandeliers. I checked her web site but didn't see them listed. Shall I reach out to her directly to inquire about purchasing?
ReplyDeleteThanks, Ann
Their creativity is boundless!!! Happy Monday, Tina!
ReplyDeleteHoly-moly Tina - I want to be a kid again (and trust me, I don't say THAT very often) Congratulations on the new FANTASTIC sponsor, now if you will excuse me,... gotta go back and stare at those images some more! Have a wonderful day.
ReplyDeleteWow. To be a child growing up in a room like that, wouldn't that be something? Make me want to be little all over again!
ReplyDeleteHappy Monday, Tina! XOXO
PS: Go Hawks! :-)
Absolutely stunning rooms! Not just pretty, but hugely fun and creative. I needed to know about a shop like this with my 4 tiny little grandchildren, and one of the grandfathers lives in L.A. Oh, that game! Truly, I left the party at 1/2 time as I already knew the outcome.
ReplyDeleteI'm sorry the Broncos didn't make more points, however, it just looks so bad. xx's
You are killing me with the baby gorgeousness! No, it doesn't make me want to have another - that ship has sailed - but it does make me anxious for grandchildren (although my kids are TOO young for that too). Oh well, it is fun to dream!
ReplyDeleteHave a beautiful snow day, Tina! xoxo
Tina...OMG!!!!! In my next life I want to come back as the kid that wakes up in one of these rooms every day!!! I bet the store gets lots of business from all the famous stars. Thanks for the few minutes in fantasy world. I'm going over to read your post at Pink Pagoda. Have a wonderful week!
ReplyDeleteTina,
ReplyDeleteAll I can say is I am waiting for "Grandchildren" since we could only have the one. It might take a while since he just turned 4 on December 14th. I think he shares his birthday with you! Not bad if I say so myself.
Love this post and good thing you didn't post this when I was pregnant 5 years ago, I would have bought the whole store.
Nicolette
Congratulations to your newest sponsor! Love her rooms!
ReplyDeleteThese rooms are STUNNING. I happen to be doing two kids rooms right now, which is kind of rare for me, so this is a great resource. Love everything.
ReplyDeleteStacy
Truly gorgeous children's rooms!! Wonderful, thanks for sharing!!
ReplyDeleteTina these rooms are the most beautiful kids rooms I have ever seen, love how they dress up each piece and handpaint it, just exquisite. I have to remember this post when we get ready for #2! I am bookmarking this post for sure.
ReplyDeleteOh my goodness Tina... such gorgeous furniture! I smiled when you said something about dreaming ... as I did when I was around 40. My husband just didn't want to go there (I would have had a third without hesitation) . Now that I'm in my 50's I'm glad I don't have a hormonal teenager in the house as my hormone fluctuation (or lack there of) are enough to deal with and I need my beauty sleep. That said, I will look forward to my son and daughter having children some day.
ReplyDeleteYour sponsors are wonderful and I wish I had something to advertise so I could be on your side bar too:):) happy Monday!
Tina these rooms are fabulous! I love them all.
ReplyDeleteAnother great post Tina....I loved seeing this beautiful line of children's furniture and seeing my name selected to win your generous Nerium giveaway. Thank you, what a nice way to end the day. :-)
ReplyDeletewow..its so beautiful..these are some of the best beautiful rooms i ever seen... thanks for sharing it..
ReplyDeleteHotel furniture
You are talking up my alley here, Tina. While I was in L.A., I didn't make it out to Beverly Hills, BUT I did find Baby and Child in Santa Monica. CHECK THEM OUT. They are as glorious as AFK and when we walked into their studio, I could not breathe. ahhahaha
ReplyDeleteFabulous combinations, and that mouse hole! I must add one of those in my studio!
Much love to you dear Tina. Anita
Wow! I loved all of their rooms! You definitely need the blue and white crib and toy chest for future Enchanted Home offspring. As for me, I would lay claim to the Peter Rabbit crib as all of my nurseries centered around this theme!
ReplyDeleteTina have been in AFK a few times, it is even prettier in person!! I know a few people who have used them for their kids rooms and let me tell you no stone is unturned when they do a room, truly soup to nuts!
ReplyDeleteI would use them in a heartbeat and probably will when we start a family (hopefully in the next two years). Love your blog and style.
